Become a volunteer leader
Be a leader
The core requirements to be a leader are simple: love Jesus (have a personal relationship with Him) and love kids.
Our leaders are dedicated college students and working adults who care deeply about the youth in our city. They intentionally step into students' lives—whether at football games, tutoring sessions, or the school cafeteria—all in hopes of building relationships and earning the right to be heard.
Leaders commit 5–8 hours a week, attending one weekly club and one monthly leadership meeting. More than mentors, they are caring adults who provide encouragement, support, and resources to students. They do all of this with the hope of sharing the greatest love story ever told. No matter how kids respond to Jesus, our leaders continue to walk with them—through joy, pain, and everything in between.
If you live in the Venice/Culver City area and are interested in becoming a leader, we’d love to hear from you! Our volunteer leaders are what make it possible for us to continue investing in the next generation.
